FOR WORKERS / YOUR QUESTION MATTERS
A pay question deserves a clear starting point.
You may have seen Tailorwade’s name in a message or been asked to get in touch. Start with what you know and the answer you need. You do not have to understand every part of the arrangement before asking who can help.

First, establish how everyone is involved.
The business you work with, an agent and a payroll contact can have different roles. Seeing a company name in correspondence does not, by itself, explain who employs you, who authorises pay or who handles a particular query. Describe where the name appeared and which organisation directed you here.
If you already have a named contact for your work or pay arrangements, include the context of that conversation in general terms. If you do not know who is responsible for your question, say that directly. Asking for the appropriate contact is a useful first step, not an incomplete enquiry.
Choose the question closest to yours.
I have a question about a payslip
Identify the pay period and describe the part you would like explained. You can begin with a general question without attaching the document or listing its personal details.
I have a question about a payment
Explain what you were expecting and what you need to establish, such as the responsible contact or the relevant pay period. A payslip question and a payment-status question may need different information.
I am not sure who to contact
Tell us how you were directed to Tailorwade and the type of question you have. Keep your first message short so the relationship and next contact can be clarified.

A short explanation is enough to begin.
This example identifies the context and the next answer needed without including a bank account, National Insurance number or a full payslip. If further information is required, establish the recipient and the appropriate way to provide it before sharing records.
Keep your original question available when continuing the conversation. Referring to the same pay period and explaining what remains unanswered can help avoid a new enquiry being mistaken for a different issue. This website does not provide access to a worker account or display the status of a payment.
Prepare your message. Review it. Send when ready.
Choose Worker in the enquiry composer and describe your question in your own words. The composer creates an unsent email draft that you can edit, copy or open in your email application. Nothing is submitted from the website.
For a direct introduction, email [email protected]. Explain the context first and ask for the right contact if the role of Tailorwade in your arrangement is not yet clear.
